Diet & Sleep Report
This week was much better for diet and sleep until yesterday. Had a little bit of cheese & chocolate nibbles over the course of the week and the occasional cider. Last night went out to an Indian restaurant to celebrate my birthday and ate Garlic Naan and Chicken Tikka Masala. The naan wasn't really worth the trouble, and it put me in a funk the rest of the evening. Had a couple of drinks at a Hookah bar afterwards with some friends. Watched them do the hookah thing. Was out late and had to take a nap today though.

Sleep and Diet Report
In general my sleep has been 8-10 hours per night but not consistent on bed time and wakeup time. Planning to get that on lockdown this week.
Food - I've definitely indulged in some things. A couple lattes, some alcohol (in limited quantities), cheese in an omelet, and dark chocolate. Now that I'm in control of the shopping and cooking though, things should improve!
