No oomph today. Just trucking through.

Tuesday Workout

A. Squat Clean - build to a tough single in a few sets  - short restsB. AMRAP Squat Cleans in 5 min - 60% of part AC1. HSPU - amrap (-2); rest 10 secC2. 10 toes to bar unbroken; rest 2 min x 4






A. #153 (10lbs off PR) was a bit out in front on my cleans today and a little sore in the lower back from deadlifting earlier in the week.
B. 32 Reps at #93, first 7 unbroken, then mostly sets of 3 TnG. Focused on form.
C1. Total(Strict) = 9(5)/8(4)/7(3)/7(3)
