COVP chin ups

No oomph today. Just trucking through.

All HPCs unbroken (though I had to regrip the last 2 or 3 while cupping it on my hips) and burpees were just slow, as usual. The Frannish was all unbroken until the last 3 pullups. Grip, grip, GRIP! :)
