Saturday's Workout

A. Dead Lift - build to a tough single in a few sets - NOT a 1RM

(rest 5 min)
for time:
25 TnG tough DL
Run 1K
25 burpees

Warmed up and did some muscle up practice. I got two terrible looking ones. The wooden rings at Ultimate are really slippery, and I was struggling to keep my false grip. I used tape to try to get some traction.

A. Up to #265 in my sneakers.

7:38 with #135, deadlifts unbroken. I definitely could have done more weight, but I'm happy with the performance I put out (form, speed on TnG) with #135. 1k was (very) roughly estimated with google maps measuring tool.

Rest is a little off. Struggling to get into a rhythm.
