In 60 min:
1. Front Squat x 3
2. Snatch x 2
3. AMRAP COVP chin ups x 1
(score total is FS kg + Snatch kg + total reps; max rest is 3 sec b/t reps for Snatch)
Total = 153
FS = 175lbs = 79kg (Video below of final set @ 175lbs)
snatch = 103lbs = 47kg (See video below of failure at 113lbs with early pull)
pullups = 27 (first 10 butterfly!)
Felt really tired and crappy today despite good rest. Having some slight allergy symptoms. Definitely not my best effort, especially on the snatch. I went back down and got some single reps at 108lbs but couldn't manage a double.
When you feel the fs stall, you have to make a real effort to force your elbows up. Start with the biggest breath youncan inhale when you take the bar out of the rack.
