Saturday Workout


In 10 min build to a max Front Squat
rest 2 min
In 10 min perform AMRAP Squat Cleans - 90% Clean 1RM
rest 2 min
In 10 min as many meters as possible rowing
(stroke rate must be under 20 strokes/min)

#185 Front Squat - 10lbs off PR
14 reps on Squat Clean @ 150lbs (had two misses)
2178m on rowing (averaged 15 strokes/meter)
Didn't have the greatest sleep last night and I could feel going into today that I wasn't at my best. If only I wasn't a grown up and had more time to nap ;)

  1. I don't think you were really taking 15 strokes per meter. Per minute perhaps?
