In general feeling really tired today, which is weird because I've slept like a rock the past two nights. Also woke up starving even though I ate right before bed the night before (chicken mushroom BLT with avocado, broccoli and zucchini slaw, and a piece of chocolate).
Also - went to an awesome yoga studio last night for Mobility Day. The place is actually called 'Moga' because it's Mobility Yoga - designed for people whose main form of workout is not yoga. The two girls who own it are both people I have coached at crossfit. In fact, I saw them at the gym this morning. The class was really awesome. Sat in pigeon pose and a bunch of other stretches for 3+mins each. I'm going to try their foam rolling/lacrosse ball mobility class this Friday.
