Dulce Push Press and Push Jerk

Dulce has an obvious posture problem that I couldn't fix immediately, but I gave her some tips for things to do in her chair that could help her with her hip tilt.

  1. An additional trick for working on this posture is to have her hold an empty bar overhead in the locked out position and make her rotate her hips into the correct position. Once she can get that, very slow tempo presses, where she must maintain the proper positioning. Like 4242.
    Possibly work it into a warm up, or put it in as skill work after a day that works the lower half, but leaves the arms less than trashed.
