Definitely averaged faster than two weeks ago on times.
Did it feel like a 100% effort? Compared to last week?

This kind of data is important to think about and make notes on.
Definitely felt like I was 'going there' on all except the first set. I felt that my pacing was better compared to the week before, and that I had more in the tank so I lasted longer through the sets. I'll try to make better notes on the mental stuff!
ReplyDeleteIt's not just important for me. It's good for you to actively be thinking about this stuff. When it comes up again, you'll have reference points for 100%, or for how things started to change throughout a workout. Good data for you in planning strategy in testers.
