Thursday Workout

as many rounds in 15 min:
15 KBS - 1pd
15 burpees

8rnds even with a 35lb dumbbell in my work gym. All KBS unbroken, worked on keeping my heels on the ground and driving with my hips. I did 3rnds in the first five mins and then my burpee speed fell off. My shoulders were smoked, possibly not quite recovered from tabata push ups on tues?

Hoping to get to a MOGA class tomorrow for mobility pre-competition.

  1. Just remember that no one wins a race in the first minute.
    Better to hold it back a bit in the first half of the workout, so that you have something left to turn it up with in the last half.
    15 minutes is a long time.
    "Fran" is a different story, of course. But we've talked about this before, so I think you understand what I mean.
