Burpees x 20 AFAP - hands at side and jump at top - get high turnover
rest 90 sec x 5

:34/:29/:27 -- should have rested a bit longer before the last sprint

Legs and hips were tight as hell today despite some mobility work and felt smoked during and after this workout. So glad tomorrow is a rest day!!
