Sunday's Workout (Done Monday)

Still a day behind but planning on skipping the lifting tomorrow and running back with the blog starting Weds.


On a 30 min timer in any order complete:
1) 3RM Snatch - #103 (attempted #108 and failed on the first rep)
2) AMRAP Dips - 11 reps, tried to go really deep
3) 1200m Run - 5:18 - pretty happy with my effort and pacing (2:40 out, 2:38 back) but not ecstatic about my overall speed. If I had run a mile at this pace it would not have matched my PR, and I feel like I should be faster than that for a shorter distance.
