I did the first part starting with #83 on the power snatch and moved up to #93 because my form felt solid. Was really working on getting the bar into my hips as Mie coached me to last weekend. #93 first set was a little shakey, then settled in easy for a few sets. Last two sets the first rep was too forward and then corrected the rest of the reps. On bench press I started with #103 and moved to #108 and then #113 felt just right.
After we finished I put #103 on the snatch bar and did a couple reps of squat snatch to try and correct that forward tendency. Crowder gave me a good cue to think about shrugging my shoulders upwards, and I got a couple of nice clean reps after that.
Sled drags were done with two 25lb plates on the sled and my times were btwn 13 and 15 seconds.
Discussed possibly doing some SHE workouts with a couple of the girls from the Crossfit 77 box. They are newer to crossfit and young but looking to compete and need someone to push them I guess. It's definitely something I'd be interested in doing, just wish Crossfit 77 was a little closer!
