7 Bent over Rows #65
6rnds + 5reps (OHS unbroken, burpees pretty slow at the end)
5rnds + 4reps (started to feel horrible, most rounds both broken into 4+3)
6rnds + 6reps (easier on the breathing because I was hitting muscle fatigue on PUs)
A lot of arm stuff here, muscle failure would happen on these movements for most anyone.
ReplyDeleteThe rest of what you're feeling is the diet catching up to you. Under normal fueling, you'd be fine on this one.
