Tuesday Workout


A. power clean x 1/push press x 5; rest 90 sec x 4 - 90% effort
B1. push press @ 12X1; 4-5 x 4; rest 20 sec
B2. mixed grip wtd chin ups @ 21X0; 2-3 x 4; rest 3 min
+
for reps:
5 min strict unweighted chin ups
4 min strict push ups
3 min toes to bar
2 min double unders
1 min burpees

A. #85/85/95/95 - focused on going fast and still maintaining a tight core
B1. #95(5)/105(5)/115(4)/115(5)
B2. #10(3)/10(3)/20(2)/20(2) - all pronated grip

Chin Ups - 31 (varied grip)
Push Ups - 50
TTB - 37
DUs - 75
Burpees - 18

Started my workout late today (about 7pm) but got my lawn mowed finally!

  1. This looks like a HARD day of training. But I like it. I imagine the arms and grip got a little rubbery at the end there.
    You can mow my lawn anytime, girl.

  2. This was another one that I missed some detail on. Part B2 specified mixed grip and I did pronated. I need to pay more attention!
