Really proud of my push ups today, esp considering we did 4mins of pushups yesterday! the last time I did push ups at amrap(-2) I think my BEST set was 17...I obviously misjudged myself! It may also have helped that I had a workout buddy today, which has been rare for me of late and made everything a lot more enjoyable.
