Thursday - Competition Prep

Today I took it easy in preparation for the competition on Saturady and Sunday.

10 Mins Airdyne 60%
10 Mins stretching/rolling out
10 Mins Rower 60-70%
3 MU singles
10 Mins Handstand Practice

Video of the second muscle up. They felt incredibly easy - easier than a MU has ever felt for me! ANd considering I hadn't done a full one (Just from the knees drills on the rings) for at least six weeks, I was pretty surprised! The four weeks of low carb to improve strength-to-bodyweight ratio obviously worked!

It should rotate to right side up soon...
