Video of the second muscle up. They felt incredibly easy - easier than a MU has ever felt for me! ANd considering I hadn't done a full one (Just from the knees drills on the rings) for at least six weeks, I was pretty surprised! The four weeks of low carb to improve strength-to-bodyweight ratio obviously worked!
