Post Cals (and more importantly, your mind state going into it, during it, then after)
120 cals on my 'special' airdyne in my garage. Last time I did this at home I got 112, so an 8 cal PR! My mental feelings going into this were focused on giving my best effort without worrying about this AirDyne seemingly counting way less calories than the ones at the gym. I think I succeeded! I held a steady and increasingly uncomfortable pace. At the end, I was getting that feeling like the seat was cutting off my femoral arteries at the tops of my legs. I'm pretty sure the seat was low enough, but had to fight letting that slow me. Tried to increase pace the last minute and it was a real fight not to look at the clock every 10 seconds at the end. Recovered pretty quickly afterwards so this probably wasn't my best ever effort.
