A. Back squat; build to a max
B. Amrap back squats at 85% of A in 1 attempt @30x1 tempo
C. Squat clean; build to a tough single

30 squat clean for time @70% 1rm
A. #220 (failed at #225)
B. 4 reps at #185

6:48 with 123lbs
Backsquat wasn't a PR, but improved from last time by #5. Also believe my 85% test was an improvment from 3 reps to 4, and with slightly more weight. My legs were pretty tired for the squat cleans but surprisingly my biggest issue was keeping my core tight. Almost lost a couple cleans for being loose in the middle!
Back Squat Vids. First is the #215 and #220 successful lifts (the #225 Failure mysteriously didn't want to upload...) then the second vid is the 85% test.
