A. Tng power clean; build to a 4 rep max
B1. Single leg DB RDL 10-12x4/leg; rest 1 min
B2. Bench press 20, 20, 15, 15; rest 1 min
C1. TnG deadlift 10, 10, 10; rest 30 seconds
C2. 20 ring dips for time x3; rest 30 seconds
A. #133 - this was a tough set but I felt like I should have tried going up one more time, even though failure was likely but I was short on time today
B1. #35's, #35's, #45's, #45's (10)
B2. #83, #83, #88, #83 (10+5) - these were all pretty close to max effort sets and I tanked on the last one
C1. #185 for all
C2. 1:55, 3:03, 4:06
I know I can TnG more weight than that on deadlift, but combined with ring dips I was breathing hard and there are reps that I don't even remember doing. Dips were really a struggle today. A lot of kipping, and I missed the last rep on the second set and had to redo.
On the single leg RDL's, I had no issues when the weight was in my right hand (left foot on the ground) but when I switch to my left hand, I could definitely feel how much tight I was through my right hip when it was planted. It really torqued on my back. Something I'm going to have my massage therapist look at for sure.
Added carbs post-morning-workout today and I'm still feeling sluggish, but less so.
