Sunday Workout (Done on Monday)

Handstand and handstand walk practice for approximately 10 mins. I did some 'scorpion' holds (forearms on the floor), some handstands against the wall, some free standing, then handstand walked the length of the gym (about 25m) in sets of 4-10 steps. I felt like I was doing a little better at correcting myself mid walk. Also got a bit of advice/yelling from the coach who was running open gym, who happens to be a former gymnast. That definitely helped.
