Sunday Workout - OPTathalon 2.0


Event 1:
Clean and Overhead in 10 min
 
Event 2:
Standing Triple Jump
 
Event 3:
Row Repeats - 500m with 90 secs rest between
 
Event 4:
For time: 1K Row, 50 thrusters - 45#, 30 chin ups
 
Event 5:
Overhead Shot Put Toss

Event 6:
3000 m run

Completed all of the non Rowing events today. Will do the rowing events tomorrow morning when I have access to the gym.
Clean & Jerk - Matched my clean & jerk PR at 155 and my clean PR at 165. Was very close to getting the jerk at 165, but afterwards was too tired to even get the clean again or to manage the clean and jerk at 160. Here are the video progressions of my heavier lifts, in order as I completed them.

Triple Jump - 19'5" (not a PR)
Shot put toss (done with an 8lb dumbbell, thrown sideways so as not to gain any momentum with it going end over end) - 29'10"
3k Run - 14:12 (PR by 15 seconds)
