Weekend Recap

Sat - 12.5 got 105 reps (6 less reps than last year) and ended up 130th in the south east.
Sun - Drove 10 hours from FL to NC - happy to be home!
Mon - Did a workout at Ultimate Crossfit in Charlotte:

Power Cleans were 133/143/153/153 working on landing in that quarter squat instead of with my legs splayed wide.
Workout score was 497 reps.

A. power clean cluster - 1.1.1.1 x 5; rest 5 min - 10 sec b/t reps
B. press x 1/push press x 5; rest 3 min x 3
C. 8 rope ascents - 15 lunges b/t ascents - not for time
A. #95/#105/#105 - did just three rounds today due to limited time for Open Gym
B. #85/#90/#95
C. Did four rope climbs, no lunges (did some in Mon's WOD).

  1. When you're working on something in particular, such as your landing for the power clean, give me some context of how it went.
    Example:
    Worked on landing, still receiving the bar too high.
    Or-
    Feet too wide on heavy reps.

    Be sure that you're doing Burgener drills on OLY lift days. Focus on footwork and extending before your pull.
