A. Hang Power Clean Cluster - 1.1.1 x 5; rest 5 min - drop weight, rest 10 sec b/t reps
B. Hang Power Clean x 1/Push Press x 3 TnG tough; rest 3 min x 3
C. AMRAP Ring HSPU in 10 min - every fraction perform 20 DU'sA. #113/123/133/138/140 <---would have liked to hit 150 but was a bit tired today. I took a video more for practice at videoing than anything. Here is my last set (split into two videos - I'm still training my cameraman) at 140lbs.
B. #100/110/120 <--- shoulders were tight on lockout, did extra mobility between sets
C. Had never done Ring HSPUs before so at least made the attempt to get up on the rings. Managed to get locked in and do a couple of negatives followed by forward rolls ;) Scaled the 10min AMRAP to EROM HSPUs. Used a set of 10lbs plates to put my hands on and did all kipping. Total was 17 (4.3.3.2.2.3). My dubs were ridiculously terrible with tired shoulders.
