Saturday Workout


A. Squat Clean and Jerk - singles on the minute for 10 min - tougher per minute
B. Snatch - build to a max on 20 min timer
C. Front Squat - 3,3,3,3; rest 4 min

Was a bit tired and couldn't quite hit the 175 set. My squats were barely at parallel.
