Somewhere between 45 and 50 mins (somebody accidentally reset my timer) with 10kg on dips which is about 1/6 my body weight. 1/4 BW is about my 1RM. All reps were singles, including the cleans which were heavy but manageable at 125lbs (missed one on the set of 4 due to a lazy jump). Worked hard on landing in a solid quarter squat. See video below of squat cleans round of six (sorry it's a bit off center, I had to set it up real quick).
