Thursday Workout (Done Friday)


amrap in 10 min @ 95%:
row 200 m
15 push ups
(rest walk 10 min)
amrap in 10 min @ 95%:
15 double unders
10 lunges
5 chin ups
(rest walk 10 min)
amrap in 10 min @ 95%:
10 sit ups
10 wall balls
5 ring dips
(think high speed cruise effort, no grunts)

5rnds + 7 pushups (arrrrgh pushups! Rows all around 2min/500 pace)
11rnds + 4 dubs (sore legs = lunges the limiter, practiced butterfly pullups, dubs crappie first 2 rounds then got my shut together and unbroken for the rest)
6rnds + 10 situps (knew I had to hold a steady pace or risk burnout on this last one!)
