Saturday Workout


In 10 min build to a max Squat Clean

In 10 min AMRAP TGU - 2pd/1.5 pd

In 10 min AMRAP DU's

squat clean - #165, failed #170 (matches PR)
8 Turkish getups (my abs and shoulders were feeling ROUGH from the past few days)
dubs - 365 (not a PR at all, but did steady sets of 20 most of the way through)
