Tuesday Workout



6 sets for avg times:
Row 500 m
(rest exact same as the work time in b/t sets)
Maximus - 1:32.95



Modified to 400m runs (and my estimate on the road ended up being closer to 350m). Times were: 1:19, 1:24, 1:26, 1:31, 1:34, 1:37 = 1:28 avg


Horrible workout today. Tired, stressed, sore, traveling. Got cramps in my abdomen halfway through, and it is NOT that time of the month, which was strange. I was hitting the brick wall at about 100m in. Not my day! Came back to the hotel, drank some water, and did mobility. Hoping for something better tomorrow.
