Wednesday Workout


A1. Push Press - 3,3,2,2,2,1,1,1,1,1; rest 2 min
A2. COVP Chin Ups - 12 unbroken per set x 10 sets; rest 2 min
subbed HSPU's for push press. Worked out on the playground! Kinda fun, but I've got dirt in my hair now...
A1. 3/3/3/2/4/4/4/4/4/4 <-- against a signboard. I have a hard time when I can't push my head against the wall.
A2. all sets unbroken hanging from the slide rig.
