Did Thursday's workout yesterday. Tired from travel and stressed, so it was a 'just get through it' kind of day. Probably about 80% effort for all.

Oh also practiced jumping bar muscles and then regular muscle ups before the workout. I was working on the 'knees up' concept and found it helps me get my head through a lot faster if I think about keep my knees up. The jumping bar muscle ups definitely felt easier, though I still can't pull high enough to do a regular one. Regular muscle ups also felt easier today.
Hands are torn up from the playground.
