First AMRAP: 10 reps. I had almost as many misses in both PS and MU as I did successful reps. I was a complete mess this morning, tired as hell from the weekend, and it was a challenge for me to keep focus for these technical movements today.
Second AMRAP: 6 rounds + 10 GHD's + 25 dubs. Only had one trip on the dubs and it was on rep 3 of a set so I didn't lose much time to it. I could really sink into this one and lose myself in the workout black hole, which I needed after the train wreck 12 mins earlier.
Leaving for Arizona on Weds evening, so I may or may not do Tuesday's workout depending on how I feel. I WILL be going to a deep stretch yoga class Tuesday night though. I'll need it before spending 4 hours in a plane out and back.
Also, here's a vide from Handstand walk practice the other day. Been working on starting facing the wall to try and get my posture a bit better. I'm still looking forward too much which is getting my posture a bit out of whack.
