Tuesday Workout

Traveling this week. On Tuesday I visited Crossfit Groton and did the following (somebody's bday workout):

2 Rounds with Partner of:
500m Farmers walk with two #95lb barbells
20 HSPU
40 Pullups
60 Power Cleans #95
80 Push Press #95
100 Sit Ups

Partner could help with reps if you weren't done yet. Couldn't move on to the next movement until all reps of a movement were complete. Did this with a guy named Jason who also used #95 and finished in about 53 mins. It was a good way to make friends. The farmers walk took up 10-12 mins each round because my grip went to shit. My partner beat me both rounds on finishing the PCs and PPs but I helped him out with sit ups and some HSPU.
