Wednesday Workout

Also done at Crossfit Groton, but I copped out of their metcon and convinced them to let me do weighted pullups in the corner instead. It helped that there were 5 people and only 4 rowers.

Backsquat 5x2 (I rested 3 mins between each set, with some 6 point burpees done for practice in the 2nd minute each round). #185/190/195/200/205 the last set felt pretty tough.

3x3 weighted pullups with a #15(?) weight vest and pronated grip. 3mins rest between sets.
