After a 7 hour road trip on Sunday I decided to keep my workout short and sweet. I did 'Annie' with the sit ups replaced by push ups as follows:
50 DUs
25 Push Ups
40 DUs
20 Push Ups
30 DUs
15 Push Ups
20 DUs
10 Push Ups
10 DUs
5 Push Ups
Finished in 9:55 keeping my push ups very 'strict' (ie, super tight core and no worming). Muscle fatigue from the lack of carbs lately is starting to become very obvious. Where normally I would have easily been able to bang out 10-15 pushups on my first try, today I had trouble doing a set of 5 to start. I was reduced to 2's and 1's very quickly in the workout. Double Unders with somebody else's rope (I seem to have lost mine somewhere during all this travel) were decent. 50, 20, and 10 sets unbroken, the 30 was damn close, but the set of 40 was messy.
