Saturday Makeup on Monday Morning

A. OHS - build to a tough 3 fast; rest as needed
B. 1 tough hang squat snatch every 30 sec for 6 min
C. 100 reps for time/fractions - 95#/65# OHS - from ground
A. #115 - felt okay and in the ballpark since my 1RM is about #145
B. Started with #83 and as I loosened up I realized this wasn't 'tough' enough. I bumped up to #93 for the last half. I had one miss, but it was due to distraction more than anything (I brought my little sister to the gym for the first time today).
C. 7:27 I did the first 25 unrboken then several sets of 10. I bumped down to 8's, then mostly 5's until the last two sets which were 7 reps and 8 reps. I really put a lot of care into feeling that repetition that is just before failure/burnout and stopping there rather than purposelly stopping at an even or easy to count number to maximize recovery and make the time spent staring at the bar minimal, per what I learned at the athlete camp last week.
I had Hannah do 5 x 250m row repeats with 4 mins rest this morning since she's not really supposed to do anything at the gym until she goes through the Fundamentals Classes. She did well. Her time on the first one was about 1:31 and between my comments and some cues from another coach, she got her last one down to about 1:21.

Just remembered to add: My left hip/buttock seized up a bit when I finished the OHS part of the workout. I haven't been keeping up with mobility as well as I would like. Going to focus on getting back into that habit over the next week.
