1.75pood/28kg kettlebell for all three sets of KBS. Had to break the sets of 21 instead 5 sets each time. They were roughly 7-5-4-3-2 ish for each round, taking me between 2:30 and 2:45 to complete. Worked really hard at keeping my heels on the ground to stay on balance, but this was a lot of weight and it threw me up on my toes more than once.
A little sore from my Annie with pushups on Sunday and the OHS yesterday, and I basically no oomph on the 200m 'sprints'. My burpees slowed down a lot the last two rounds as well. I also think I could have bumped up to #123 earlier and just didn't realize it because I felt so tired.
