A. EMOM - Front Squat double for 10 min - 80%
B. EMOM - 10 COVP chin ups for 10 min
C. EMOM - 30 double unders for 10 minHandstand walk practice. Several times coming off the wall to practice posture, then a couple walks out on the floor. Did one that was at least 25feet which had to be a PR. I don't think I need to volume train on this anymore, but rather focus on straight up strength on HSPU's and doing them strict and EROM, etc. I can revisit and practice as a skill occasionally.
A. #135 for all, felt just right for 80% effort today
B. First 3 rounds UB, next few rounds in two sets, tore on round 6 or 7 in the same place I've torn the last few times we've done high rep pull ups (I really need to learn to tape up). The ninth round I barely finished in the minute and the last round I DNF'd after 2 reps.
C. Dubs actually weren't very trippy, but my recovery/endurance felt horrible. I did not do 30 every round. Some rounds I did 20-25 based on how I felt.
