B. 3 tough FS every minute for 12 minutes
C. PC x 1/SJ x 3 - tech work - rest 45 sec b/t sets - keep effort at 70% - 7 sets

Not a lot of pop today. Was distracted during my lifting session by some text messages so I wasn't paying attention as much as I should have been. I got a couple comments on the front squats about my ever-present hip wiggle so I tried hard not to do it the last set or two.

My two slower times were due to crappy double unders. I lost my rope, and I need to get a new one instead of borrowing somebody else's.
