Sunday Workout
6 sets @ 100%:
10 burpees AFAP
Row 250 m
(rest 4 min actively b/t sets)
Subbed 200m run for 250m row since I did not have access to a row machine today.
1:05, 1:04, 1:03, 1:02, 1:03, 1:05
My burpees got faster after the first round but I don't feel like I redlined on them until the third set. My runs felt redlined all the way through, and I felt like puking on the last two sprints. I think I had a little food still in my stomach, and that combined with 100 degree heat did not assist with the feeling.
