Did not feel 100% today and had to remind myself to keep it to 90% of today's effort and not 90% of where I think I should be. Was very stressed out regarding some issues with Jeremy and the house, and I was just happy to be able to relieve some anxiety by working out today.
A bad day will happen. I recently started a doing something when I already know that my head isn't in it - I don't turn the clock on. I just try to enjoy the workout. Not having a score for a day isn't the end of things.
