Wasn't expecting quite so much of a dropoff. I guess I went harder than I thought because the last 20 secs of the 5th and 6th rows I was getting that 'drunk-can't-coordinate-my-arms-and-legs' feeling. I figured it was okay to do this workout all out though since it was rowing.
Plan for tomorrow is 30mins super light cardio (airdyne/running/rope skipping) and some stretching or yoga. Friday half day of work then driving down the house in Folly Beach. MamaBear is coming so we'll be fully loaded with every supply you could ever possibly need. I just can't forget my pillow.
