A. scap pull up prep tech work
B1. front squat @ 30X1; 4-5 x 3; rest 2 min
B2. amrap supinated chin ups strict unweighted @ 1010; 3 sets; rest 2 min
C1. KBS russian x 21 unbroken; rest 20 sec
C2. db push press - 10-15 reps tough TnG; rest 2 min x 3
D. FLR on rings - accumulate 7 min

A. Practiced some sets of 5 scap pull ups on the bar and then played around a little on the rings with it.
B1. #135(5), #145(5), #155(4)
B2. 10, 9, 8
C1. 1.5 pood for all
C2. #35(15), #35(15), #45(10 - not exactly TnG)
D. 1min x 1, 30s x 12 with 30sec rest btwn all
Was failing on the tempo on pull ups at those numbers. Wish I had some kettlebells and dumbbells at some more 'in between' weights. Stuck with the same weight for the swings as my grip was starting to go, but decided to try and push it up on the dumbbells and ended up tossing them all over the place (in the air) and as such wasn't exactly TnG because I had to get them back under control.
