10 box jumps - 24-30" - step down
Snatch work - was going for some heavy doubles but they ended up being heavy singles at #108 (ten lbs off max).
B1: #83(5), 103(5), 113(5), 118(4) - started a little too light
B2: #25(3), #28(2) x 3rnds - determined to break into 3 reps with this weight!

5rnds with 1.75pd kbs and 28" box - 11:05.
All kbs unbroken (it was the heaviest one I had). Box jumps could have been a little faster if I hadn't started thinking about video games in the middle of them. Dips were 10 ub, 5+5 for three rounds, then 5+4+1 on the last round.
