I was definitely in need of a recovery day today. Still very sore from testing earlier in the week. I was talking through most of my 10mins on the AD so I probably didn't go quite hard enough, but my lungs still got a great workout!
Also today - was just messing around on the rings before the workout with a cue that I picked up from somebody that I coach/help and knocked out my first ever strict MU! I love it when I learn something from somebody that I am supposed to be teaching. Thank you Rachel!!
