Tough workout today, especially at 7am. Really focusing on trying to stay back on my heels and pull into my hips on the snatches so I was happy to have EC's trained eye on me this morning. Should have gone a bit heavier on the back extensions, and possibly the KBS (though I'm not sure if the gym has anything bigger than a 2pood) though there were times when the kettlebell started to pull me off of my heels. Push ups were 15+randoms, then broken 5-5-4-4-4-3 for the last three sets.
