Tuesday, Dec 11th


Going to try and be more away of my preceived 'limiters' in the future as I think it will help me process my results better. I've noted them below!
A1. Back squat @42x1; 8-10x4; rest 1 min
A2. Weighted eccentric only chin ups @61A1, 4-6x4; rest 3 min (A = assisted, either jump up or partner assist...no bands)
B. AMRAP sets of 4 unbroken toes to bar in 6 min
C. AMRAP 1-5 unbroken hang squat clean ladders in 5 min - 75#
A1. #84, #95, #105 x 10, then #115 x 9 (did high bar, limiter breathing)
A2. #15, #20 x 6, #25, #25 x 4 (pronated, limiter tempo which got difficult on the last rep)
B. 17 sets of 4 (limiter was inability to keep kip in the second half)
C. 3rnds even (limiter breathing and a little bit of grip)
Also starting to think about some goals for the winter/spring crossfit season. I think I want to move away from dietary and 'qualification' goals and more towards indivdual performance milestones. Getting back a strict HSPU is definitely one I have in mind, along with improving my o-lift numbers.
