9rnds + 15ghds + 5sec on L side - some serious tightness/shooting pain down my left side on the last few rounds of this that I know is stemming from some flexibility issues. managed everything unbroken though. Interesting doing this with 6 girls of widely varying heights and only 2 GHDs!

I could have gone harder on the first round of AD (I kept it closer to 95% than 100%) and my next three would have been lower, but I think that would have been okay. I need to stop using the first round to 'feel it out' on stuff like this and just start going for it. Wouldn't have even thought about this if Crowder hadn't said anything though. I love how the Crossfit 77 folks think and make me think!
