Work sent me to Texas this past week, so I made the best of it! I did a work out on Wednesday, Nov 28th at Body Armor Crossfit in San Antonio (www.bodyarmorsa.com):
Front Squat 2x3 @ 84% 1RM - #160, #170, #170
Snatch Blance 3x4 @ 75% 1RM - #95, #95, #100, #100
Power Clean 4x2 @ 75% 1RM - #135 for all
TGU - 3/arm x 5rnds - #20kg first set, then #16kg for all remaining sets

KBS - 24kg
Box Jump 20" (w pause on top)

On the following Saturday, Dec 1st I dragged my friend Amy's butt to a community/outdoor/fundraiser workout with Westlake Crossfit in Austin, Texas. Here's Amy, looking RTG!:
We had a great time doing a christmas themed partner workout, though I hope she didn't get too bad of an impression from my horrible counting skills...we did approx 4rnds of the following:
15min AMRAP
Partner 1 does 30 OH walking lunge steps with a plate (I used #25)
Parner 2 does amrap of:
12 Burpees
25 KBS (I used 1 pood)
31 sit ups
Then we played some Ultimate Ball and donated a toy to 'Blue Santa' instead of paying a drop in fee. Great gym if you ever visit Austin! www.westlakecrossfit.com
I also may or may not have eatin this while in Austin, which may look suspiciously like a hamburger on a donut...:
