I did a 4-person team workout today from the 2009 cf games. It was a long chipper with a lot of reps.
FOR TIME:
75 squat cleans #155/#105 (2p working at a time) ~22 reps
150 TTB (1p working at a time) ~40 reps
150 Box Jumps 24"/20" (2p) ~60 reps
75 Thrusters #135/#95 (2p) ~25 reps
35 MUs (1p) ~6 reps
150 Burpees (2p) ~41 reps
150 DUs (2p) ~25 reps
100m OHWL #45/#25 (2p) - we each did a 25m length
With Cagney, Jim, and Eric we finished in 30:05. We pretty much murderated all of the bodyweight stuff with hardly any time spent resting, however we didn't realize that 2 people got to work at the same time on the DU's and we struggled on the MU's, doing lots of doubles (cagney and eric) and singles (eric and I). This was the first workout of this style that I've done, so I was really excited to do it and pleased with my performance. I contributed at least 1/4 of the reps for everything except DU's (which one jim did almost half of them I think as he was super fast) and MU's, though I did get 6 reps as singles I was still punching my left fist through the ring. Argh.
I was really happy with how well I kept up on the bodyweight movements with Cagney who is smaller and faster than I am however, doing sets of 10 TTB and keeping my kip, and my burpees and box jumps also stayed fast. The Thrusters and squat cleans I was able to stay consistent with 5 rep sets so I really felt like I did well there too.
